The service was very good and the pool was very clean. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. All the staff was service-minded and responsive. The location was unbeatable - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

An individual safe, multi-channel television and a seating area in our a double room were realy useful during our stay. Restaurants and bars were walking distance to the place. Also, main attraction such as a special gallery was 1 mile from this hotel.

We explored some of the prettiest parks and hiking trails nearby. The pool area is great and the rooms are spacious. I'd recommend getting an ocean view room if you can!
We had a small hiccup when one of the spas was out of order , but it didn't ruin our fun.

Very good location.
Somewhat dark room and small pool space for the dimensions of the hotel. We asked twice for a folding bed to be removed from the room as it was broken. Without success.

The location in front of the pier is very good. Very wide piece
The hotel is a little old, it needs an upgrade. There was a smell in the room that I didn't like, like lock-in.

Room placement way too distant from the main facilities!!! Disappointing lack of complimentary water, especially when other amenities were underwhelming.

Location and friendliness of the staff.
Poor light in the room. Additionally, we found some ants in the bathroom area. Due to its location, we found it normal, however, for a 4* hotel and with this price, it didn't seem normal to us.
